PER/PELJ has received a high volume of submissions in 2019, which are currently being reviewed for publication. We do not have the capacity to consider new submissions in 2019. You are welcome to submit your contribution elsewhere, alternatively, you may submit it but the evaluation process will be delayed until January 2020.

All journals, including PER / PELJ, that are indexed in automatically accredited international indices, e.g. Web of Science, Scopus, IBSS, the Norwegian list (level 2) and Scielo SA are automatically apporoved by the DHET for research subsidy purposes.Read more about DHET accreditation of SA Journals listed on international indices
The NRF and many other institutions require an ORCID iD when submitting funded research outputs as well as applying for funding opportunities. The NRF repository will use this unique identifier to link to publications and datasets in the future, and it is recommended that users register for ORCID.Read more about Add your ORCID iD to your PER profile!
