The purpose of the Washington & Lee School of Law: Law Journal Rankings Project is to give scholars a resource to locate law journals by subject, country or publication, or ranking (where available), to display journal editorial information, and to facilitate an author's article submission to those journals. . The site currently ranks journals based on citation data from a 2010-2017 survey period. The site is updated annually.
PER's standing is quite remarkable considering that the project limits it searches to to documents in Westlaw's "Law Review and Journals" database (primarily US articles), and in Westlaw's Cases database (all US federal/state cases).
