Submissions

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided and the links resolve.
• SAJOT author guidelines and policies have been read and adhered to. 
• Where applicable appropriate ethical clearance has been obtained and institution -, reference numbers for such clearance has been clearly referred to.
• All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points in the article. Are referred to in the text and numbered consecutively and as per the author guide
• Referencing style is as per author guide. References are numbered chronologically. Relevant and appropriate referencing of other's work has been complied with.
• The Title Page contains relevant declaration of conflicts, author affiliation and all authors have ORCID numbers.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• The following files are uploaded: A title page with all the relevant information as per the author guide, the main manuscript, a certificate of authentication /a plagiarism report.
