Abstract

The loss a colleagues can be expressly throbbing when you knew each other well and felt like family. Paying tribute to a deceased associate shows respect and acknowledges the sadness that may flood the working industry. Taking time to celebrate the life of the fellow colleague offers an opportunity to share memories and recall stories of how the co-worker made a difference in the lives of others Death by definition is the irreversible cessation of all biological functions that sustain an organism. It can also be defined as the irreversible cessation of functioning of the whole brain, including brainstem. Brain death is sometimes used as a legal definition of death. The remains of a former organism normally begin to decompose shortly after death. Death is an inevitable process that eventually occurs in almost all organisms. (Anon., 2021)
